This role is ideal for someone with background in either:

- Event Management
- Sales
- Administration

Role would be approx 35-40 hours per week, working 5 days per week. Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri & Sat.
- General duties include but not limited to: _
- Provide superior customer service to clients.
- Attending regular weekly training.
- Running team meetings.
- Re-book patient appointments and pre-book schedules as recommended by practitioners.
- Effectively communicate financial plans and terms of care to clients.
- Assist practitioners in any necessary assessments and/or health history.
- Perform all administrative duties required in a effective & accurate manner.
- Compile and provide reports to management.
- Observe all workplace health & safety.
- Assisting practitioners with any administrative needs.
- Processing referrals.
- Processing third party payments.
- Liaise with other health professionals.
- Liaising with medical equipment suppliers & tech support.
- Cover other staff members shifts if required.
- Compiling daily stats & reports.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $33.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

Work Authorisation:
