**Events Administrator - Support High-Impact Corporate & Commercial Events**

With a strong reputation for professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail, they’re now seeking a reliable and organised **Events Administrator** to support their busy events team.

**About the Role**
As the Events Administrator, you'll provide critical behind-the-scenes support to ensure every event runs smoothly. You’ll work across multiple projects, assisting with planning, logistics, and admin tasks from pre-event prep to post-event wrap-up.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and update event registration systems
- Respond to delegate enquiries and provide prompt, friendly support
- Coordinate travel arrangements, schedules, and documentation
- Support venue, supplier, and speaker communications
- Help prepare materials, reports, and event collateral
- Assist with onsite event logistics as needed

**What You Bring**
- Previous experience in administration - events, conferences, or corporate support ideal
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- A keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Tech-savvy with confidence using MS Office (and ideally event platforms)
- A positive attitude and willingness to support wherever needed
