They produce outstanding experiences for both Australian and international audiences and are now seeking a confident and organised **Conferences & Events Coordinator** to join their passionate, collaborative team.

**The Role**
In this hands-on role, you’ll be involved in all aspects of event planning and delivery - from concept through to execution. Responsibilities include:

- Managing delegate registrations, updates, and enquiries with efficiency and care
- Coordinating logistics, timelines, and communication with venues, suppliers, and speakers
- Supporting on-site event delivery, including set-up and pack-down
- Maintaining event websites and digital communication tools
- Organising travel, data management, and preparing event documentation
- Assisting with marketing and attendee engagement activities
- Answering and managing incoming calls with professionalism and warmth

**About You**
We're looking for someone who:

- Has experience coordinating events, conferences, or exhibitions
- Brings strong administrative and customer service capabilities
- Is confident with event platforms and content updates
- Communicates clearly and professionally across all channels
- Is highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing deadlines
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Is tech-savvy (ideally familiar with MAC) and quick to learn new systems
- Has a can-do attitude and genuine passion for delivering great events
