**Your Opportunity**
We’re growing fast and building a reputation as a trusted provider focused on clinical excellence. As part of this organisational growth, we are looking for a part time Events and Administration Officer to join our team in Spring Hill.

LLW has a dedication to supporting our current and new employees with learning opportunities - providing ongoing training and professional development in both clinical and operational roles. This position will support our Capability team in delivering new and ongoing initiatives, objectives and results.

Salary is $73,000 - $79,000 (pro rata) plus Superannuation and Salary Packaging options up to $15,900 per year.

**What we are looking for**
Having already established your career in events support, you will be excited about your next challenge in this space. You will have a warm and engaging personality, with the ability to relate effectively to a range of people. You’ll also be:

- Experienced in supporting learning, training and development events including Inductions, Onboarding Workshops, Training Weeks and Educational Webinars
- Willing to pitch in and provide administrative support as required - this is a coordination role, not an Events Manager position
- Confident and capable with maintaining a digital workspace with experience in the use of Viva Goals, Microsoft Teams and CoPilot
- Able to provide project support including taking meeting minutes, documentation and materials management, agendas and action items
- Highly organised with exceptional time management skills - you’ll be coordinating a lot of calendars so the ability to herd cats would be an asset
- People-focused and results-driven with a view to achieving positive outcomes
- Passionate about ensuring high-quality event experiences for all attendeesAn open communicator who is comfortable with facilitation, public speaking and front of house at events

You will need to have a current Australian Driver Licence and be eligible for a clean National Police Check.
