An exciting opportunity has become available for Customer Service Representatives to join the our clients Utility Services -Operations Team based in Port Melbourne office.

**_We are seeking people to work a rotating two week roster between 11:00 am to 7:00 pm and 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Whilst in training for the first 2-3 weeks they will be required to work 9:00 am to 5:00 pm._**

**Responsibilities include**:

- Inbound customer service general enquiries
- Dealing with customers experiencing financial difficulties
- Handling enquiries for customers on behalf of the client
- Assisting customers moving in and out of homes
- Resolving queries from a range of business & residential customers
- Setting up payment plans for customers
- Miscellaneous administration tasks

**SKILLS/EXPERIENCE**:

- Prior / working experience in a contact centre environment
- Proficient in using Microsoft products (Word, Excel)
- Previous experience in call centre systems
- High energy and motivation to succeed
- Ability to communicate with all levels of employees and managers
- Exceptional time management skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
