**About the Company**
Quikky Move is a rapidly growing relocation and logistics company operating across Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.

We specialise in residential and commercial removals, container transport, and end-of-lease solutions. We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Program or Project Administrator to oversee our Sydney region operations.

**Position Summary**

We are looking for a highly organised individual with strong project coordination experience to manage day-to-day operations and internal projects in our Sydney division.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and oversee relocation and transport projects across Sydney
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party contractors
- Maintain project timelines, documentation and compliance records
- Liaise with clients and resolve operational issues as needed
- Supervise scheduling, reporting and documentation
- Support budgeting, quality control and service delivery tracking
- Provide administrative and operational support to management

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Law, Management or related field
- At least 2 years’ experience in project or program administration
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Proficiency in digital project and documentation systems
- Knowledge of logistics, scheduling or service-based project coordination (preferred)

Pay: $92,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Christmas bonus
- Overtime pay
