About the Role
As an ANZ Delivery Framework (ADF) Expert in our Assurance and Controls Services team, you will help enable the enterprise to deliver change by providing delivery and quality assurance expertise. You will ensure project delivery standards and control frameworks are followed to protect the bank and our customers.

What will your day look like?
**As an ADF Expert, you will**:
Provide expert guidance on how to follow the ANZ Delivery Framework, ensuring adherence to delivery standards and control frameworks
Partner with leaders, project leads and other squad members to ensure regulatory requirements and delivery assurance controls are understood and adhered to, and challenge the status quo when required
Interpret delivery dashboard outputs, understanding of how to present and visualise data using the right tools for the right purposes
Analysing data to determine root cause of control deficiencies to enable meaningful discussions about control effectiveness with Risk Theme Officers and business leads
Conduct sample-based quality reviews and provide feedback
Conduct assessments to identify control failures and find ways to remediation them
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
**Experience in one or more of the following**: Delivery Assurance, Quality Assurance, Project Management, Change Management, Project Delivery
A growth mindset to learn and understand the ANZ Delivery Framework process to educate and guide stakeholders from across the bank.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate delivery standards and control frameworks to influence and champion quality across all facets of delivery
Sound understanding of control effectiveness assessment, mitigation techniques & risk reporting.
Awareness of the security and regulatory environment and likely impacts
Use of analytical insights to match requirements and solutions
