A supply chain located in Melbourne's West are seeking an Accounts Payable Professional to join the team.

**Your new company**
Our client has got an opportunity to join a global company servicing the Australian agriculture and fodder industries and grow your career. Partnering with some of the largest and innovative global manufacturers of agricultural machinery and equipment.

**Your new role**
- Processing account payable functions in compliance with the company policies and procedures.
- Process customer receipts and supplier payments promptly
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending reminders and contacting clients
- Resolve client billing issues and discrepancies
- Vendor account reconciliation and timely response to vendor enquiries
- End of Month reporting for AP, cash-flow reporting

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Extensive working experience in Accounts Payable function, preferably with a global or national organisation
- Post-Secondary qualifications in Book-keeping or other accounting related field will be well regarded but is not essential
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in excel
- Strong exposure to various accounting software and comfortable working with an ERP system like Oracle
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to organise day to day tasks and manage competing priorities
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team as required
