We are looking for a **Product Owner** to join our team. You will be accountable for embedding the PIM Remediation capability that meets the business requirements and business case benefits.

As a **Product Owner** you will be:
Setting the strategic vision for PIM, as well as the ongoing management of Product Master data across the landscape and ensures scope aligned with future state objectives

In conjunction with the PIM Program Manager, responsible for delivery of the PIM project goals and objectives

Owns and prioritises the capability requirements ensuring alignment to the business needs and the projects benefits

Owns endorsement of scope and decisions on scope in consultation with key business stakeholders

Collaborates with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of the capability

Owns and manages the agreed capability risks in risk registry

Owns the user acceptance testing approach to ensure solution is fit for purpose

Accountable for the realisation of business benefits

Accountable for the capability and communicating the capability value proposition and needs

Represent the capability with internal stakeholders, 3rd parties, suppliers and stores

**Experience required**:
7+ years in large scale Business Transformation programs

Previous Product owner of process and software in an Agile delivery environment

Development and implementation of product roadmaps and strategies

User Story development and prioritisation

Demonstrated experience in setting a product vision and achieving buy-in from key stakeholders

Business case development, validation, and business benefit realisation

Demonstrated experience in delivering change through internal development teams, partners, external agencies, etc.

Experience in a retail or direct sales organisation (preferred)

Minimum 5 years of experience in a product delivery or strategy related function
