As a **Product Owner**, 12 month fixed term contract, you will be part of the **Personal Everyday Banking team,**that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Represent the voice of the customer when developing the product roadmap. Keep this voice front of mind to prioritise, balancing what is realistic with what will make a difference and challenge the status quo
- Manage stakeholders for the squad and management of interdependencies across the Domain
- Translate the strategy into executable solutions by prioritising and shaping initiatives that deliver to domain objectives
- Partner within cross functional teams to shape and execute on the prioritised backlog of initiatives which will deliver on the agreed roadmap
- Define what needs to be built in the form of initiatives, features and user stories; and work within the squad to elaborate features and stories, defining the acceptance criteria and definition of done and make effective day to day decisions to enable the squad to progress work
- Enable delivery through responding to key questions, make decisions, review work items, plan, track & report progress, measure success & learnings

**We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**:

- Demonstrated experience working in a similar Product Owner role along with proven experience in Digital, Product and/or Customer Strategy/Experience/ Planning functions
- Experience developing, articulating, and implementing strategic initiatives and programs of work that achieve the intended outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to create and convey a vision to key stakeholders and teams, developing it into a shaped backlog of key features, user stories and goals for individual sprints, in line with Domain cadence
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and proven analytical capability, with close attention to detail and creativity and ability in simplifying processes and issues
- Lead workshops, in a cross functional business and IT team through the discovery, development and operational usage stages of change
- Ability to work closely with key stakeholders and build collaborative partnerships
- Proven analytical and evidence-based decision making skills
- Experience with agile methodologies and requirements analysis
- Proven project delivery experience and knowledge of software development cycle
