**Full maximum term position up to 2 years**:

- **Salary range: $123,625 - $157,340 plus super plus salary packaging**:

- **Up to $15,900 in salary packaging and hybrid WFH & office model**

**About the role**
Victoria Legal Aid (VLA) is undergoing a significant digital transformation requiring us to produce a range of new digital tools for the organisation, clients and practice partners. The Grants Product Owner will be responsible for the oversight of the new Grants Management System.

Working closely with the Grants and Quality Assurance and Digital Transformation Technology (DTT) teams, the Grants Product Owner will be responsible for ensuring the new system is fit for purpose and complies with current guidelines and fee schedules.
- This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country._

**About you**
- Strong knowledge of the grants process and grants management systems, VLA Handbook (including guidelines, conditions of receiving a grant of aid, and payment structure).
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills (including written and verbal communication skills), with a demonstrated ability to establish and maintain trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise work in line with business needs and technical considerations
- Experience in the legal services sector (mandatory).
- Demonstrated experience in rapidly gaining understanding of complex business processes (mandatory)
