**Your new role**
- Accountable for successful elaboration of technology requirements into epics, features, user stories and dependencies to meet business requirements, in collaboration with the squads that aligns with business requirements across multiple complex environments.
- Make day to day decisions to enable development team to move quickly through product iterations
- Ensure the Delivery and Development teams understand the value of each user story that is being delivered at the right time
- Own and manage squad backlog and prioritise tasks in line with roadmap
- Involved in the roadmap planning, release planning, execution, review of each sprint, realising impact, value and focus on the right priorities

**What you'll need to succeed**
- A strong technical background in the Cards domain, with proven delivery experience in Cards platforms, product development and/or Schemes releases
- Expert knowledge of Unsecured Lending products, regulatory and scheme requirements
- Creativity and simplifying complex processes and issues, problem-solving and process analysis.
- Ability to elaborate a product vision into a technology roadmap, and communicate to key stakeholders and teams, developing it into a shaped backlog of key features, user stories and goals for individual sprints
- Extensive experience in technology leadership, including leading workshops in a co-located cross-functional business and IT team through the discovery, development and operational usage stages of product development
- Ability to innovate, adapt and grasp new skills and content
- Ability to work closely with key stakeholders and build collaborative partnerships whilst sometimes saying no
- Proven analytical skills and evidence based decision-making
- 4+ years experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Solution Designer
