PERSOLKELLY have an opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join our client site at Coopers Plains. This role is Monday to Friday, paying around $30+ per hour and is within the hours of 7:30am-5pm. Our client is a leading provider of building products. In this role you will be the first point of contact with customers and clients.

**About the role:
- Processing of orders
- Arranging of quotes
- Data entry and general admin duties
- Providing product information to customers
- Liaising with internal teams to follow up on projects and orders
- Following up product lead times
- Liaising with external stakeholders

**About the individual**:

- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience working in a similar environment, office based admin or call centre roles
- A good phone manner and clear communication
- Able to multi-task
- Experience using MS office suite
- ERP systems knowledge desirable but not required
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
