Job Title: PMO Manager

**Salary**: $200k-$220k package

Duration: 2 year fixed-term contract (potential to extend)

Location: Liverpool + WFH

**About the Role**:
The PMO Manager will run and enhance a PMO framework covering the full program and project lifecycle for this unique organisation. Reporting to the Executive Manager, PMO, and in collaboration with other PMOs and consultants, you will ensure appropriate and consistent governance is applied to all projects and workstreams within the program as it grows and evolves.

You will liaise with multiple stakeholders across this multi-partnered program, including technology providers and vendors, and act as a 2IC to this PMO team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the project governance lifecycle of initiation, execution and closure.
- Program and project reporting including the management of governance issues within this reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement to ensure compliance, value and effectiveness across the Program.
- Operationalise and continuously improve PMO functions across areas such as resourcing, budgets, risks and issues, scope, planning, dependencies and change control.
- Establish project governance for new projects within the program through mobilisation, execution and closure

**Key Skills**:

- Minimum 7 years in a similar role, with at least 3 of those gained from a large-scale delivery program.
- Some exposure to Enterprise PMOs is an additional advantage.
- Qualifications or equivalent work experience with project methodologies such as PMI, Prince II, Lean, Scrum or similar.
- Seasoned practitioner in managing project frameworks at scale (large projects, programs or portfolios).
- Experience in developing and embedding project governance processes and supporting guidelines in a highly disciplined environment.
