**Our Client**
Our client is a Federal Government department primarily responsible for intergovernmental and whole of government policy coordination. This is a high profile agency, often at the forefront of the media, which develops, provides advice and supports policies for key government programs.

**The Role**
Our client is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee the logistics and supply chain activities related to ICT equipment. You will be working with the team that is working to deliver tangible economic and security benefits to Australia.
Key responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with the ICT procurement team to identify and select vendors for ICT equipment
- Overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of ICT equipment and components
- Maintaining accurate inventory records, including stock levels, locations, and asset tracking information
- Coordinating logistics activities, including scheduling shipments, and tracking deliveries

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, procurement, operations, and finance to align logistics activities
- Proven experience in developing logistics strategies and plans to optimise the transportation, warehousing, and distribution of ICT assets
- Proven experience in developing and implementing inventory management processes and procedures for ICT assets
- Proven experience in providing insights and recommendations to senior management to enhance logistics operations and resource planning
