SYNOPSIS:

Are you a highly organised logistics professional seeking to make a meaningful contribution to one of Australia's most iconic cultural institutions? The National Gallery of Australia is currently recruiting a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to oversee non-art storage and delivery operations, mail services, and administrative logistics that support the Gallery's daily functions.

This hands-on role is critical to the efficient operation of the Gallery's internal logistics. Key responsibilities include coordinating scheduled and ad hoc truck runs, managing courier bookings, and supporting mail distribution across the organisation. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure service delivery.

This is a full-time, 12 month non-ongoing position, with the possibility of becoming ongoing. Applications close 11:50pm Monday, 10 November 2025.
