We are seeking motivated, dynamic person to join our Workforce Australia team in South Perth as an Activity Partner. This position will be predominantly based from our Victoria Park site, with travel across South Perth.

This position is responsible for the development and coordination of suitable Activity opportunities that will address job seekers’ vocational and non-vocational barriers to improve their work readiness and progress towards employment.

You will establish and maintain external relationships with local Registered Training Organisations (RTO’s), community organisations, providers and employers, promoting opportunities for WISE Employment and our job seekers. If you are someone with experience in employment services, within community engagement, business development or RTO's, this role will be perfect for you

**To be considered, you must**:

- Have full Australian working rights
- Hold a full Australian driver’s license
- Be willing to obtain a National Police Check
- Be able to pass a Working with Children Check
- Have experience in Employment Services, Community Organisations, or Business Development (highly desirable)
- Demonstrate the WISE attributes: Customer Centricity, Curiosity, Resilience, Adaptability, Creativity and a Growth Mindset

**A day in the role involves**
- Increasing our participants' employability through training and other support services
- Sourcing activities for our jobseekers through networking and sales strategies
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential employers and community organisations, Registered Training Organisations.
- Working in a fast-paced environment, being able to prioritise demands in a changing environment
- Using your digital literacy skills to manage multiple programs and fulfilling administrative duties with a high attention to detail
- Inspiring, motivating, and building rapport with participants and employers to support employment readiness for our participants
- Customer focus, building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
- Strong degree of attention to detail to ensure compliance of documents in line with contractual requirements
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Co-ordination of WHS risk assessments, audit checklists to ensure workplace compliance, safety and procedure management
