Main Purpose of the Job

This position is to provide counselling support to our clients, their families and approved partners in the community.

Position Overview
- Contribute counselling expertise to a multidisciplinary team
- Ensure a high quality of evidence-based and ethical care is provided to clients of our service
- To provide in-services to the team and approved community partners about relevant topics
- Using clinical reasoning and recent literature to make relevant goals and clinical plans for counselling services
- To generate referrals for counselling clients in the community
- Positively promote counselling and counselling services at Spring Forward Family Centre

Minimum required Qualification/Training
- Bachelors of Counselling
- ACA or PACFA Registration (required)
- 2+ Years experience
- Working with children check (paid)
- Police check - clear
- First aid certificate
- CPR
