Our client is a leading Property Investment Company with stunning corporate offices based on the North Shore Train Line. Due to increased workload they require the assistance of an experienced Property Settlements / Conveyancing professional to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities include:

- Interacting with various stakeholders both locally and globally to ensure that all settlement information and documentation (roject information, contract of sale, finance documents, occupancy certificates, building insurance etc) is obtained and recorded
- Ensuring customer and finance information is updated to the CRM in a timely manner
- Acting as key point of contact for settlement enquiries from internal and external clients and including 3rd party suppliers
- Liaising with Developers and monitoring title registration - managing client relationships to ensure finance requirements are met
- Managing processes to ensure valuation results are captured, appropriate finance approval letters and documents are obtained and progress payments are made before key deadlines
- Acting as key point of contact for managing appointments for building inspections and handover processes
- Contributing to continuous improvement of processes and systems
- Proactively monitoring and managing client communications
- Preparing a range of communications to key stakeholders on current project developments
- Maintaining various registers and reporting reuqirements
- Other ad-hoc settlement support as required

To be considered you will have:

- Prior experience an environment managing either property settlements, banking finance, mortgage or house and land properties
- Strong PC skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM databases
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines with high accuracy and attention to detail

The position offers full time hours (Monday to Friday) and whilst initially you would be office based, a hybrid work from office/home arrangement is available to all staff.
