We are currently seeking a strong leader and communicator to join The Hamper Emporium team as our new Production Supervisor.

Working closely with the Production Manager, you will assist with leading a team of production workers and packers, and the overall operations management of the department.

**Key duties include**:

- Leading and motivating the team
- Preparing shipping and hamper labels
- Preparing pallet labels
- Assist with running the production team and running operations
- General warehousing duties including manual handling, packing, picking, cleanliness of the warehouse, running stock etc.

**Preferred skills and experience**:

- Efficient time management and effective prioritization skills
- Strong leadership qualities and offering direction, balanced with the ability to effectively take direction from upper management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Enthusiastic willingness to learn
- High volume picking, packing and dispatch experience
- Strong computer literacy aptitude
- Intermediate-Advanced Excel and Microsoft office skills
- Self-motivated with high attention to detail
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, niche environment
- Flexibility in working within a high-volume environment

This is a permanent full-time role, 8 am-4 pm 5 days per week Monday to Friday with some extra shifts and weekend work potentially required during peak periods such as Christmas.
