About the role
We're seeking an experience Production Trainer to education and development all production staff ensuring safe practices and alignment to company policies and procedures at all times. Your new role will include:
- Ensure that standard training procedures are applied at all times.
- Ensure a minimum of 95% training contact time occurs each week
- Adhere to the weekly training schedule developed by the Training Manager/Training Coordinator
- Ensure that documents are followed-up and signed by new trainees
- Be prepared to assist with all PPE and BEC requirements for new starters' on their first day of work.
- Assist with the progress of new starters and gain feedback from Trainers/ Leading Hands and Supervisors.
- Adhere to the feedback provided from the Training Manager to ensure that development in achieved.
- Attend and actively participate in weekly Training Meetings.

About you
To excel in this role, you will have a continuous improvement mindset, strong communication and engagement skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will enjoy helping others grow and be adept at identifying different learning styles within a group.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Proven experience within the food manufacturing industry would be advantageous
- Tertiary qualifications or substantial practical experience
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
- Proficiency within all Microsoft Office applications
- Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
