Are you ready to take the next step in your leadership journey within food manufacturing?

BE Campbell is seeking a passionate and driven Production Supervisor to join our team at Arndell Park.

Reporting to the Production Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our production operations, leading a team, driving performance, and ensuring our products meet the highest standards.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate production line teams to meet daily targets
  • Support the Production Coordinator in managing people and performance
  • Guide Line Team Leaders on WHS and QA compliance
  • Monitor and improve yields weekly
  • Collaborate with maintenance and supervisors to resolve machine issues
  • Ensure all orders meet customer specifications

About You

You're a natural leader with a passion for quality and teamwork. Whether you're an experienced supervisor or a butcher ready to step up, we want to hear from you

You will bring:

  • Proven leadership experience in food manufacturing (or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and safety focus
  • Confident communication and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to change
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
