**About the Role**

Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for meat production and a knack for driving operational excellence? Look no further, we’re currently seeking dynamic Production Supervisors to join our team

Reporting to the Production Coordinator at our Wetherill Park or Arndell Park site, this hands-on role will see you play a critical role in overseeing the flow of the production floor. You will lead, motivate and guide a team of production line workers, ensuring that production targets are met, safety protocols are followed and products are maintained to our quality standards.

Established in 1969, BE Campbell has grown to be one of Australia's largest family-owned meat operation, supplying supermarkets, restaurants, retail butchers, small-goods producers, and export channels.

**About You**

Whilst previous experience from a food manufacturing environment would be advantageous, we are seeking a highly motivated individual with demonstrated people management skills.

We are ideally looking for the following key skills:

- Strong experience in a similar leadership position
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage competing priorities
- Safety focused
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team
- Ability to communicate confidently at all levels
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing production demands
- Strong organisational and decision-making abilities
