**Here’s the high-level**

Aegros has been evolving from a start up to a GMP licensed manufacturing facility. We are full steam ahead in scaling up our manufacturing facility here at Macquarie Park. As part of this accelerated growth, we are expanding and looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Production Supervisor to join our team to maintain an efficient and effective production process and work on project activities in the lead up to commercial operation.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be familiar with GMP capabilities and have the confidence to train, supervise and monitor a team to achieve our customer service delivery goals.

You will monitor and assist production employees to achieve efficient and accurate processing that complies with Aegros and Customer quality requirements and specifications.

This will entail following instructions for product processing in accordance with all Company Policies, Rules and Standard Operating Procedures.

**What you will be doing**
- Monitoring the production lines, processes and Production Operators.
- Working with the production Manager to implement the goals, objectives and strategic plan for the Production Department
- Improving processes to maximise efficiency.
- Supervising production operators
- Supervising production runs - directing setup and adjustment of machines, production line operation
- Workflow control - preparing packaging schedules with production planner and liaising with Quality Assurance
- Stock flow control - liaising with warehouse personnel, ensuring staging areas and production rooms compliant to GMP
- Training on SOP’s, GMP, Safety & Quality

**Requirements**:
**You will bring.**
- Good knowledge of Australian Code of Australian Code of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Applicable Standard Operating Procedures, Safety and Security procedures, Productivity and lean operations.
- Process engineering or quality experience within pharmaceutical Industry an advantage
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Partner effectively with stakeholders across the business
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have a hands-on approach with a flexible and resilient nature.
