**Salary**: $75,000 - $85,000 per year (commensurate with experience) + Bonus + Superannuation

We’re seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Specialist to lead and execute marketing initiatives that attract students, build brand awareness, and support our continued growth.

**About the Role**

Based in our Melbourne office, the Marketing Specialist will develop and manage marketing campaigns tailored to the education and training sector. You will play a key role in promoting our nationally recognised qualifications and services to local and international students.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, social, print, events)
- Coordinate marketing initiatives with education agents and partners
- Analyse and report on campaign effectiveness using tools like Google Analytics and CRM platforms
- Support student recruitment through targeted lead generation and nurturing campaigns
- Ensure all marketing materials align with compliance requirements for RTOs
- Organise open days, expos, and promotional events both onsite and virtually
- Monitor trends in the education sector and make recommendations for improvement

What We’re Looking For
- A self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills
- Strong copywriting, content creation, and digital marketing skills
- Competent computer skills to support work needs (demonstration of marketing materials, data analysing and reporting, etc).
- Understanding of RTO compliance and marketing standards (desirable but not compulsory)
- Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills
- A proactive, hands-on marketer who thrives in a collaborative environment
