Implementation of the Aurion Timekeeper module is part of Parliamentary Services 2021-24 Digital Strategy. The project has already commenced and we are aiming to commence transitioning to the new timekeeping system by the end of FY23-24.

**About the role**

As the Aurion Timekeeper Project Officer, you will be responsible for reviewing, updating, and implementing the Aurion Timekeeper module for the Parliamentary Service. You will work closely with the current Aurion systems staff, the Manager of Payroll Services, and the ERP Board to ensure the successful delivery of the project. You will also develop and provide training materials for the end users of the Aurion Timekeeper module.

**Key duties and responsibilities**
- Review the status of the current Aurion Timekeeper project and update the project documentation to develop a project timeline;
- Work with the current Aurion systems staff to configure the Aurion Timekeeper module to suit the various business rules sets for the diverse groups of positions within the Parliamentary Service;
- Coordinate user acceptance testing of the Aurion Timekeeper configuration prior to moving the module to the production environment;
- Develop an implementation plan for roll-out of the Aurion Timekeeper module;
- Develop on-line and in person training resources for end users of Aurion Timekeeper;
- Participate in ERP Board Meetings as required;
- Report regularly to the Manager, Payroll Services and the ERP Board on the status of the project; and
- Act as key contact for clients and senior management for payroll digitisation project enquiries.

**Technical capability**
- 3+ years demonstrated experience and understanding of the Aurion system;
- At least 3 years experience in project management, preferably in payroll or HR systems;
- Specialised technical expertise in the Aurion Timekeeper Module including system configuration;
- Proven experience in delivering business initiatives to deploy the Timekeeper module into the Parliamentary Service environment,
- Ability to quickly adapt to the Parliamentary Service environment by engaging with key business users and stakeholders from various levels,
- Proven and demonstrated consultancy experience in the Aurion Timekeeper module, and
- Experience in the Aurion Payroll module is highly desirable.
