**Operations Coordinator (training and practice locations)**

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Coordinator (training and practice locations) will be responsible for handling the day-to-day activities and communications required to enable company processes and functions to run smoothly.
- Support day to day coordination of operational activity for our practice locations
- Identify problems with procedures and quickly resolve or escalate to team member responsible for resolution
- Be the primary point of contact for escalated issues, including liaising with the Operations Manager and Management team
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure practice support, troubleshooting, and resolution of roadblocks
- Day to day support of Operations Manager
- Create compliance between operations and company standards.
- Maintain and create procedural documentation, where required within role remit
- Support training team operations

**Qualifications / Experience**:

- The role requires exceptional organisational, time management and project tracking abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven people management experience and skills.
- Proven administration / operations experience.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a cohesive team.
- Experience as a logistics co-ordinator - the ability to make decisions and pivot quickly.
