You will be a member of the Tasmanian Clients & Markets team, which includes our other Market Leaders, Business Development Manager and supporting team members. Additionally, you will be part of the Tasmanian Leadership Team, contributing to development and deliver of the Tasmania Region’s vision and contributing to exceptional employee experience, engagement and collaboration. In addition you will participate in the national Environment Market Leaders network, to drive sustainable growth of our services across Australia.

In the Environment market we work for a broad range of public and private sector clients, across renewable energy, electrical transmission and distribution, utility and transport infrastructure, defence, mining and industrial facilities. We work on projects in Tasmania and interstate, with specialist teams in geosciences, contamination and remediation, approvals and sustainability.

The principles of sustainability, decarbonisation and lasting community benefit are central to our work and guide us in the types of projects that we pursue. We provide holistic, integrated solutions and actively seek opportunities to collaborate and innovate with our clients.

**As a Market Leader, you will have professional attributes that allow you to make significant contributions across**:

- **Strategy **- providing a vision and direction for Tasmania’s Environment market, in alignment with wider regional and national blueprints.
- **Clients **- with a client-centric focus, you have the skills to be well-connected and influential across the Tasmanian Environment sector, leveraging existing client and partner relationships and identifying new ones to continually evolve the sustainability of our business.
- **Markets **- ambitiously setting a high-growth trajectory, you utilise relationships and data-driven insights to strengthen our market position, owning and converting key strategic pursuits across the value chain.
- **Projects **- contributing to GHD’s reputation and profitability through outstanding performance, you’ll take on project leadership roles, such as Project Director, when required.
- **People **- a key member of Tasmania’s leadership team, you will create work environments where people feel pride and belonging, mentoring and coaching team-members in professional and commercial acumen towards higher performance.

- Demonstrated client relationship skills
- Leading and converting strategic pursuits
- Leading major projects
- Working in a range of partnership, Joint Venture and other environments
- Commercial acumen and critical-thinking ability.
- A commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion and to advocate for equity.
- The ability to work across multiple projects and pursuits while remaining focused and collaborative.
- Demonstrated experience in navigating client, contractor and consultancy contexts. Appropriate qualifications and significant industry and professional services experience.
