Account Manager - Real Assets
Location : Melbourne, Brisbane

Description

We are looking for an Account Manager -Closed Ended Funds based in Melbourne or Brisbane. In this fund accounting role, you will ensure timely and accurate NAV calculations are prepared, reviewed and delivered on a monthly and quarterly basis, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with fund governing documents and regulatory procedures.

Job specification- Ensure local risk management processes and procedures are in line with the Group Risk Management Framework.- Operational onboard new and take-on funds, ensuring everything has been prepared before the launch- Review Limited Partner/Shareholder/Unitholder Allocation - includes review of Administration fees/ Management fees/ Performance Fee/ Waterfall calculations/ Claw back calculations etc- Prepare and review financial statements as required annuall- Review capital calls and distribution calculations and notices.

Skills Required:
- 4-6 Years of experience of in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry - a track record in fund management or fund administration sectors- An ability to work to and meet agreed deadlines- Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance would be preferred- PC skills including Word, Excel and Macros in Excel (Experience on Paxus, Efront or Yardi would be an advantage).
