Our focus on quality and exceeding our customer's needs drives our continuously growing business and we now have an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Control Assistant (12 month Contract) at our Regency Park Site.

Reporting to the Supply Chain and Stores Coordinator, this office based role's primary responsibility is to support the Adelaide manufacturing facility ensuring that all materials (products, ingredients and packaging) are ordered, on site and on time to enable the production requirements to be met for our customer orders.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Monitoring of stock requirements and placing stock orders with suppliers on a daily basis
- Control supply paperwork, matching accounts and orders
- Ensure maintenance of accurate information relating to stock status of raw materials, products and packaging.
- Investigation of stock discrepancies
- Maintain stock levels
- Communicate with production and follow up suppliers regarding stock, inventory escalations, investigations and discrepancies
- Key point of contact for resolving inventory related queries and inaccuracies

**To be successful in this role, you will**:

- Have previous inventory control experience including stocktake, cycle counts and reporting
- Possess a high level of attention to detail, accuracy and ability to prioritise
- Have strong administration and record keeping skills
- Have excellent computer and system knowledge
- Have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and written
- Have the ability to work unsupervised, good time management skills and exercise independence to problem solve
