**About The Role**:
This role is about being Collaborative and team focused. While being able to recognise and appreciate the contribution of others. Provide timely, accurate and informed responses to inquiries. Close or escalate actions on time.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Remain current with all SQEP and mandatory training.
- Assist the Primes with receipting inwards good that will become CoA inventory.
- Contribute to OAL outfitting all available items within allocated timeframes.
- Compile Codification Data Packs for non-codified items. Catalogue stock items in MILIS/ERP.
- Assist in prototyping storeroom storage and populating those storages.
- Assist in the outfitting of ships.
- Responsible for the management of CoA spares and OAL.
- Support the creation and population of Ships Accounts utilisng SLIMS or MILIS Framework.
- Receipt OAL, spares and Commonwealth equipment into warehouse.
- Assist technical staff to identify items for technical assessment.

**About You**:

- Whole Life Warship Capability (BMT).
- **Security Clearance NV-1.**:

- Responsible Record keeping.
- Classified Document Handling.
- Navigating US Export Controls.
- ERP SAPNAV SAP S/4HANA Basic Navigation.
- ERP Performance and Goals (P&G) Employee.
- Sentinel Fundamentals.
- Introduction to Codification.
- Dangerous goods handling qualifications.
