The Company is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia and has support offices in the UK, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Guatemala, and Bahamas.

The Client Onboarding Administrator will be responsible for onboarding new accounts, account maintenance, communication with our new and existing clients and continuing the maintenance of strong and reputable relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Update and configure existing accounts according to internal requests.
- Work closely with the Sales team and ensure client needs are met.
- Respond to internal queries relating to account management.
- Ensure industry & company standards for AML/KYC are met.
- Provide assistance in the creation and implementation of new procedures and processes.

**Who are you?**
- Computer literacy and above average data entry skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to multitask and prioritise tasks.
- Ability to think analytically and troubleshoot day to day issues.
- Strong account management skills.
- Previous experience in client onboarding.
- KYC/AML knowledge.
