**About the role**:
The IT Delivery Manager, Corporate Applications, will be the “go to” manager for all IT Corporate Applications domain’s demand, delivery status, and its backlogs including being the key entry point for all demands. In this role you will lead and own our rapid delivery process and execution of all IT Corporate Applications’ demands including triaging, assessing, sizing, and prioritising with business stakeholders. You will lead, manage and coordinate continuous delivery cadence in an agile manner as well as, lead a “BAU Delivery” project team to execute/coordinate the delivery of agreed and prioritised demands.

**About you**:
Ideally you will have:

- Several years in IT leadership roles, ideally within a retail background
- Multiple years managing IT project based
- Demonstrated experience working in an agile environment
- Experience working cross functionally at senior levels
- Experience managing others
- Good Planning and organisational skills
- Extensive delivery management skills in Agile and waterfall
- Strong Communication / Negotiation / Presentation skills
- Strong People / Leadership skills
- Advanced Problem solving skills
- Advanced Business analysis skills
- Must show initiative, innovation and creativity
- Be passionate about I.T. solutions
- Strong attention to detail
