**About the role**:
The Head of Digital Delivery is responsible for the successful delivery of projects and continuous feature improvements for the Officeworks websites, online channel and digital initiative portfolio. You will ensure the team is appropriately resource, manage the digital delivery team budget and ensure the website is delivering inline with business growth objectives.

Our online channels are growing rapidly and in this role, you will be able to champion Agile ways of working, contribute to the team structure and engage the team throughout all project work to ensure they are operating efficiently and effectively.

Key priorities in this role include:

- Managing stakeholders via consistent communication and clear expectations with regards to anything in the digital delivery space.
- Working closely with the Customer Experience team to ensure initiatives are validated in terms of customer desirability.
- Takes accountability to remove roadblocks by making key decisions or providing relevant information / choices / options to move forward.
- Champions the continual improvement of the website in line with the agreed core metrics.
- Works with the various functions to ensure they understand the capacity of the team and in turn the priority choices required to deliver the portfolio.
- Ensures that the website is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Key translator between the Digital Delivery team and the business to ensure all parties understand the key decisions to be made and consequences thereof
- Educates the business on software development and websites.

**About you**:
This is an opportunity for an experienced Head of Digital Delivery to join Officeworks. You will bring to this role experience working in a senior position on Ecommerce websites with a Digital Manager, Product Owner, or Project management background.

You have a high level of flexibility to adapt to change and strong ability to lead teams through the delivery of initiatives.

You possess exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and build effective relationships with a broad and diverse stakeholder group - being able to demonstrate the Ability to influence outcomes and negotiate at a senior level

Your experience of project life cycles together with best practice agile project management tools and internet technologies (HTTP, SSL, Web services, REST) will make you a lead contender for the role.
