**About the role**:
Officeworks’ Supply Chain is transforming, growing capacity and capability, driven by our commitment to providing great service for our customers online and in store.
This unique opportunity is at the forefront of our Supply Chain network, responsible for the safety, service, financial and operational performance of Officeworks’ Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) operations nationally.
Leading over 500 CFC Team Members across Australia, this pivotal role will build strong relationships with key stakeholders and team members across the business to support the delivery of our Supply Chain vision.
Championing **Safety**, **People**, **Service**, **Cost** and **Inventory** with full P&L responsibility for all CFC Operations, this exciting position provides a coveted opportunity to make your mark in our Supply Chain evolution
**About you**:
A natural leader, you have an outstanding ability to foster meaningful relationships with stakeholders and motivate and mentor your team through growth and transformation.
Leading our Supply Chain CFC Operations, team management within large, multi-site warehouse operations is key. A minimum of 10 years leadership experience in warehousing and logistics with tertiary qualifications in a related field of study is envisaged. Exposure to automated warehouse environments would be an advantage.
Some key considerations:
- Inspiring leadership and development of large teams in a fast-paced, complex warehouse network
- Supply Chain or Logistics management background (preferably retail) with exposure to LEAN methodology
- Comprehensive understanding of Supply Chain and supporting IT systems including emerging technologies.
- Change Management, Project Management, Project delivery experience managing end to end solutions
- Contract and Performance management supported by strong commercial acumen
- Excellent Influencing, communication and presentation skills.
