**About the role**:

Officeworks is currently seeking an IT Security Delivery Manager to lead and develop a comprehensive Cyber Security Program. As the IT Security Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the program aligns with business objectives and effectively mitigates risk. This is a full-time position based in East Bentleigh.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive Cyber Security Program
- Ensure that the program complies with all regulatory requirements
- Act as the "go-to" manager for all cyber uplift demand, delivery status, and its backlogs
- Facilitate requirements gathering and documentation to ensure that all demands are met efficiently
- Investigate solutions and instigate and facilitate workshops and planning sessions
- Maintain a network of industry and research contacts to stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in cyber security

**About you**:
**As a successful applicant, you will possess the following**:

- A degree in Project Management and cyber security qualifications such as Prince 2, Agile, CISM, CISSP, QSA / ISA etc.
- At least 7 years of experience in IT Security or related field
- Strong knowledge of security technologies, processes, and best practices
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
