**Your role**

The Project Officer is responsible for assisting the Maintenance Hub Operations within Housing Portfolio with a range of tasks which includes triaging, allocating, reviewing and reporting on Ministerial, Parliamentary and Executive matters assigned within scope.

**What you’ll do**

You will be responsible for preparing reports and briefs, coordinating resources, maintaining project documentation, and implementing and monitoring project plans to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Additionally, you'll prepare and maintain project documentation for reporting and evaluation purposes, facilitating accessibility of quality information to contribute to project success.

Effective communication with key stakeholders and coordination of working groups, committees, and consultations will be crucial to support project completion as per plans. You'll also source, collate, and compile data to track project progress against milestones and deliverables, identifying emerging issues for timely resolution.

Furthermore, you'll undertake research and analysis, preparing project briefs to support informed decision-making and planning, thus playing a vital role in the overall success of the projects you support.
