**About the Company**

Gain valuable real-life experience working with a large NSW organisation as a Project Officer. This role is based in Parramatta on an 8-month contract paying $75 per hour, and has flexible work arrangements.

**About the Role**
- Deliver and manage a range of secretariat and process improvement administrative services, including coordinating meetings and attendees, preparing agendas and reporting follow up action items.
- Arrange meetings and workshops including liaising with presenters and coordinating event logistics to support the development of management content activities.
- Provide technical software and systems information to develop and improve team support processes and services.
- Implement comprehensive workflow systems to manage the delivery of evolving transport process improvement activities to project teams and stakeholders.
- Prioritise issues when planning future support activities.

**About You**
- Operating and delivering high quality on time day to day administrative and project services within rapidly changing business environment with competing demands and priorities.
- Building responsive and effective relationships across work teams and stakeholders to understand customer requirements and deliver customer focussed outcomes.
- Prior project Officer experience
- Government experience (preferred)
