Our People and Culture team is growing and we’re on the hunt for a hands on, energetic and practical People Experience Consultant. This role will suit someone who loves delivering positive people outcomes and has a mix of OD or L&D and HR generalist experience.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Reporting to the People & Culture General Manager, the People Experience Consultant is a newly created role, responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining people programs and initiatives to support employee engagement, retention and development. In addition, this role will provide generalist HR support and guidance to the business.. Main responsibilities include:

- Contribute to the design, implementation and maintenance of culture, engagement and sustainability initiatives
- Development and delivery of learning & development and leadership programs, including ownership for our Emerging Leaders program
- Plan, communicate and deliver our engagement surveys, including full ownership of action plans and initiatives where required
- Manage the planning and delivery of our performance review cycles
- Provide recruitment and talent support, including onboarding, talent pipelining, succession planning and our graduate program
- Provide support, guidance and coaching across the full employee lifecycle

**ABOUT YOU**
- 5 years + experience working in a similar role. Experience as an OD/L&D Consultant with good generalist HR knowledge and skills
- Experience designing, implementing and measuring the effectiveness of engagement, culture, leadership and learning programs
- Coaching & facilitation experience
- Tech savvy with a process improvement mindset
- Knowledge of HRIS systems. Culture Amp experience advantageous
- Enjoys being hands on and getting stuff done
- Someone who is flexible, high degree of emotional intelligence and likes having fun
- Knowledge of current employment legislation and awards is advantageous
