THE JOB
- 4-month HR administrative temporary assignment, with a strong possibility of extension, maybe even becoming permanent.
- This role will generate employment contracts, conduct VEVO checks, follow up on outstanding documentation required for employee contract generation, data-entry to add new hires to Workday, following up with approval chain and sending prompts when needed, generate employee folders for payroll.
- You will also establish correct employee identification and assign to employee record in Workday and external payroll spreadsheet.
- The position will undertake invoicing, managing relevant inboxes, responding to internal HR queries, escalating where necessary or assign to relevant HR person or payroll team, update employee files and records to reflect employee changes.
- You will notify external payroll of pay rates and relevant codes to assign to incremented employees.
- Ad hoc data integrity checks (current employee data migration project), is part of this role.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Administration and data entry experience in a corporate company, preferably working in a HR team, however, this is not essential, however, you must have experience with Workday HRIS system from your previous temp or permanent positions.
- You will be able to commence this temp assignment within the next 3-4 weeks.
