**About the role**:
This position is part time 22.50 hours per week

The People and Culture Coordinator has highly developed interpersonal skills who supports the employee journey from recruitment, onboarding, ongoing professional development and contributing to a positive employee experience and overall culture of engagement. The People and Culture Coordinator will implement the annual staff development calendar and facilitate orientation and training sessions as required.

**About you**:

- Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain constructive working relationships at all levels across diverse groups
- Previous knowledge and experience across the following HR areas: recruitment & selection, orientation & on-boarding, training & development
- HR administration, performance management processes, industrial relations and employee relations matters
- Relevant qualifications/ experience in Human Resources
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
- Sound computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
- Current and clear Criminal Record Check
- A current driver’s licence.
