As a HR/L&D Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of coordinating L&D, Talent & HR initiatives across Australia. From maintaining the Learning Management System to supporting the Talent Acquisition team and scheduling interviews, no two days will be the same. **About the Role**:
You will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for:

- Coordinating the L&D, Talent & HR activities across Australia.
- Maintain the Learning Management System.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment activities.
- Coordinate Onboarding & Induction days.
- Scheduling interviews, assisting with sourcing of roles & advertising.
- Coordinating national training sessions.
- Contribute to other HR Projects & initiatives as required.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will bring:

- Ideally 1-2 years’ experience in a HR or TA Administrative/ Coordinator role.
- A systems savvy approach & quick learning style.
- Excellent communication skills & customer service.
- Strong attention to detail & ability to juggle multiple tasks.
