The Workforce Projects Manager aims to improve diversity, inclusion, and equity in the Australian clean energy workforce through research, design, coordination and implementation of targeted projects, programs, and action plans.
**About the Role**
The Workforce Projects Co-Ordinator will assist in improving diversity, inclusion, and equity in the Australian clean energy workforce through research, design, coordination and implementation of targeted projects, programs, and action plans.
This is a temporary 12-month position to cover parental leave.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assisting with the development and implementation of the strategic direction for Equity and Inclusion programs and activities.
- Coordinate and deliver scholarships and mentorships as part of the Women in Renewables program.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, coordinate and implement a range of priority diversity and inclusion projects, programs, and action plans (i.e., industry-wide graduate program).
- Foster and develop relationships with external organisations to aid in the delivery of the programs (i.e., Diversity Council Australia and universities).
- Work collaboratively across CEC teams to foster new ideas for equity and inclusion with CEC.
**About You**
- Previous experience in project delivery and managing or co-ordinating projects.
- Some understanding of inclusion principles and the experiences of diverse groups in the workplace.
- Ability to manage competing priorities within set timeframes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience working in an equity and inclusion role in a diverse stakeholder environment would be advantageous.
- Tertiary qualification in a related field well regarded.
