**Showcleaners Australia Pty Ltd**, a waste management and cleaning service provider in the event and entertainment sector with over 20 years of experience, is actively seeking a Project Co-ordinator.

**Tenure - **Full time ongoing

**Responsibilities**
- Negotiating, developing and reviewing variations to contracts, events, projects and services responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts, events, projects, services provided, and persons affected.
- Liaise with managers and clients to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organisational goals
- Managing paperwork associated with contracts, events, projects and services provided working with Project Managers, stakeholders, clients, government, staff and others to ensure that goals are met
- Advising senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions
- Overseeing staff and contractors and documenting variations
- Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring that projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget
- Preparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning the organisation's activities collecting and analysing data associated with projects undertaken, and reporting on project outcomes
- Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope or timeline to achieve optimal results
- Achieve organisational goals while adhering to standards and best practices
- A minimum of a highly relevant Diploma in an appropriate course of study and 2 years relevant work experience or 4 years relevant work experience preferably in the event or waste management environment
- Experience in coordinating teams and clients
- Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
