**About Us**
Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the ‘Courts Group'.
Our people enable the Courts Group to deliver on each jurisdictions own strategic priorities while also pursuing strategic opportunities that are interconnected and deliver benefits more broadly.
**About the Role**
- Use specialist knowledge to maintain, develop, troubleshoot and critically evaluate Supreme Court owned and shared Databases to meet evolving organisational priorities.
- Develop detailed contingency plans following investigation of Database related incidents and problems to mitigate Supreme Court exposure to risk.
- Initiate and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including project, incident, problem and change management teams, to provide specialist corporate support and advice to enable successful implementation of Infrastructure and Database related components.
**About You**
- Advanced information technology and business systems management experience.
- High level database support, administration and development for Oracle and SQL Databases. Demonstrated ability to write and tune complex SQL code.
- Experience in Disaster Recovery Solutions, support of a Microsoft Azure environment, and support of linux and windows virtual machines in an Azure environment is highly desirable.
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science.
