**About the role**

We are looking for Customer Service superstars to join our team. As the first point of contact you will provide exceptional customer service by:

- Providing education to customers on a range of salary packaging and novated leasing benefits
- Full time position - 38 hours a week
- Working hours are spread across 8.00am to 8.00pm Monday to Saturday on a rotating roster

**Your skills and experience**
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others
- Highly organised and have exceptional attention to detail
- Positive and proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong work ethic and a team player
- Administration experience is desirable but not essential
- Industry experience is desirable but not essential
- You are eligible to work in Australia

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
