**Role Overview**:
This is an ideal role for someone with customer service experience with exposure to Banking, Insurance or Finance. However, we are willing to train anyone wanting to develop their career with us. Our Customer Relationship officers are at the forefront for providing support to our customers.
The role reports directly to Team Leader and is supported by 2IC
**Responsibilities**
- Conducting outbound and inbound calls
- Liaising with customers in negotiating and organizing payment arrangements
- Successfully identifying vulnerable customers and those experiencing financial hardship
- Tracking assigned client debt portfolio
- Actioning correspondence via Omni channel communication solution
- Ensuring compliance with client and company policy and procedures
- Creating detailed and accurate action notes
- Handling questions or complaints in a professional manner and in line with our company values.
**Skills and experience**
- Ideally Exposure or experience in collections role
- Ideally Exposure to banking sector
- Customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Confidence and empathy to have difficult conversations with clients with ease
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to empathise with customers and understand individual situations

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
