**Overview of the Team**
The Technology and Information Management team maintain Comcare’s Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) infrastructure and provide strategic leadership, governance, solutions and advice for the effective management of information. The Cloud Services Officer role is part of the Cloud Services unit within Technology and Information Management. The unit is responsible for providing architectural and project services to Comcare to develop, implement and migrate services to the cloud. The unit is also responsible for managing and supporting key systems within Comcare’s ICT environment.
**Overview of the Role**
The Cloud Services Officer will have well-developed technical skills in supporting an enterprise cloud computing environment. They will also work alongside other members of the team to help maintain the extensive ICT environment and proactively identify, diagnose and resolve technical issues.
**Mandatory Experience**
Experience working with enterprise computing platforms in a cloud environment and/or multi-datacenter environment.
**Eligibility and Specific Conditions of Employment**
- Australian citizenship.
- Character clearance (police records check).
- Health clearance.
- Six months probationary period for new engagements.
- Specific Conditions: Some occasional intra and interstate travel may be required, including overnight absences.
- Security Clearance: Ability to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance.
