Our Federal Government client is seeking a
**Program Officer** who can commence in August

**About the role**:

- Design, plan and undertake/conduct user research, observations and data analysis to gain critical information required to improve customer experience
- Analyse and synthesise findings to understand user experience, needs and motivations
- Transform findings into impactful artefacts across a variety of formats
- Use story-telling and visualisation to bring presentations and reports to life
- Work in collaboration with stakeholders and cultivate working relationships to ensure service and business improvements
- Develop and design effective and accessible services in line with agency principles

**Ideally you will have**:

- Prior experience in program delivery within a Government setting
- Strong internal and external stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated high levels of analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively for different audiences
