Exciting new opportunity for an experienced HR consultant

**Your new company**
This ever progressing organisation are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is being offered on a 3 month contract with potential for extension.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the broader Human Resources Management Unit team, the HR Project Consultant is responsible for, but not limited to the below.
- Developing detailed project plans that identify project purpose, objective and deliverables, scope of activities, timelines, required resources, risks and any organisational interdependences.
- Identifying training requirements and developing subsequent training plans and where required contributing to the delivery of training and information sessions.
- Assist within the workforce planning and collating data revolved within Change.
- Assist with HR advisory services in the provision of HR advice, change management and case management to support HR business partnership service provision.

**What you'll need to succeed**
Proven experience in successful project coordination, including demonstrated ability to plan, manage and evaluate programs/projects from inception to delivery, alongside your interpersonal ability to develop and sustain strong organisational relationships through leadership initiatives and influential decision making will ensure credibility is firmly established.
